My first time there with my dog. As soon as I walked in they were nice. I waited all but 5 minutes to get the dog in the exam room. The doctor also was very nice and informative. Diagnosed and treated total time 30 mins. Fee wasn't all that bad either.
I got 6 pain medicine syringes here for my cat's tooth pain. I didn't realize until I drove home that day that the syringes were supposed to be pulled back to the 0.13ml line, according to the label, and half of EACH syringe was filled with a huge air bubble, so my cat would've only got half the dose I paid for. I couldn't take the syringes back until 3 days later because I was going out of town. The staff filled them but then as I went to leave they rudely accused me of letting the medication evaporate by not giving it to my cat immediately starting the day they were filled. She also said, "You need to ACTUALLY use these. We can't just keep refilling them." I'm an RN, I'm not stupid- 6 capped and sealed syringes would not evaporate in 3 days time. And the evaporation thing shouldn't have even been brought up in the first place since I said I noticed the air bubbles as soon as I got home that same day. Accusing your customers of lying probably isn't the smartest thing to do. Stop trying to short-change people on the medication we are buying or train your techs how to properly draw up and measure medication. Will not be returning here again.
