Our 7 year old Yorkshire Terrier had his ACL repaired. Turns out it was completely ripped they fixed it and it was fairly expensive but the doctors have so far been amazing.

Overall while I wouldn't use this as a primary care facility I'd definitely make the trip in an emergency.

The reception personnel are efficient and a tech is quickly called to take vitals.

We were actually given a refund. Excellent service and excellent staff who actually care about the animals and not just how much money they make.

Upon arriving, we are greeted by very friendly secretaries. The veterinary technician came out almost immediately and addressed our dogs issues.

We were here the other night because our the dog who is elderly had jumped off the couch and hurt his rear leg. Although he is battling cancer, he was unable to put any pressure on it or walk on it. We were afraid he may have done something to his hip or leg.

I went there to put down my elderly cat down here this weekend and the people there were incredibly insensitive. We had informed them that not only were we going to take her home with us but that she was our pet. The doctor repeatedly told us that he was starting the overdose ( this cat has been my pet for 19 years) and I found it incredibly insensitive. Afterwards as we were wrapping up my cat the nurse kept coming into the room asking to take her or to put her in a bag so that we could take her home. After we had repeatedly told her that she was our pet and we got her and we are taking care of her, please leave. I will never bring an animal here again. I will make a long drive elsewhere for emergency care.

Great friendly staff and really on the ball.

They have a large waiting room.

A short time later, Dr. Smith who was very caring and compassionate explained to us all of our options and what she would recommend. She was not in it just for the money. She actually discouraged x-rays because she didn't believe anything was broken based on her giving him a physical exam.

They treated my SO Boston terrier with a lot of care and have a diagnosis and several options for treatment.

While it was expensive, it is emergency facility. So being able to see a Vet on a busy weekend when your furry family member is in distress is worth it.

They took excellent care of my 8 week old puppy, when he was really sick on Thanksgiving Eve. Everyone was wonderful and caring.

Make sure you have your pet properly leashed or in a carrier. And when sitting in the waiting room be careful of some irritable pets. But when sick you're not gonna be on the most agreeable mood either.

I'm writing this review about a week after we were at this emergency room and our dog is doing much better. It appears it was just either a pulled or strained muscle.
